The Zonta Club of Elmira is one of the first five charter Zonta clubs. The club has a long history of service and advocacy for women and families in our local community, our nation, and around the world.

We support many local charities and other organizations in our community, and provide academic awards to area students. To support our projects we hold many fundraising events throughout the year, as well as monthly dinners which are open to the public. As we have been adjusting to the new situation of “life in 2020,” we have been changing the format of our events and meetings, but are still working hard to be present and support our community.

Our club owns and maintains the Zonta House on West First Street in Elmira. The house provides a warm and welcoming place for our meetings and social events.
